3. Once approved, instructions for returning the item will be provided.

4. The product must be shipped back in its original condition.

5. Your order will be exchanged and replacement will delivered with in 7 days

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.

• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method between 7-10 days.

• Refund processing may take 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Replacement & Exchnage Policy

• If the product is eligible, we will offer a free replacement instead of a refund between 7 days.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.

• Cancelled orders will be refunded in full to the original payment method.

• Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
